Chg.phonecode
(Change phone code)
You define the phone code (4–8 dig-
its) when you call up a phone-code
protected feature for the first time
(e.g. Direct call, page 26). It is then
valid for all phone-code protected
features.
Following the third unsuccessful at-
tempt, access to the phone code and
the features that use it is denied.
Contact Siemens Service (page 122).
Clearing SIM card
blocking
If the PIN is entered incorrectly three
times, the SIM card is blocked. Enter
the PUK (MASTER PIN) provided by
your service provider with the SIM
card in accordance with the instruc-
tions. If the PUK (MASTER PIN) has
been lost, please contact your ser-
vice provider.
Preventing accidental
activation
Even if PIN use is deactivated
(page 16) confirmation is required
to switch on the phone.
This prevents accidental activation
of the phone, e.g. when you are
carrying it in a bag or traveling in an
aircraft.

data on your PC and to synchronize
the Addressbook with Outlook®,
Lotus Notes™ and other Siemens
